What is Gynecomastia?

Gynecomastia is an anomaly observed in men who suffer from excess growth in the breast tissue or asymmetrical breast enlargement. Observed in many male patients who do not have a weight problem, Gynecomastia causes many men to differentiate aesthetically, most men lose self-confidence, no social life and as a result of these most suffer from psychological problems. Doctor B recommends gynecomastia operation for men who have excess growth in the breast tissue or asymmetrical breast enlargement to surgically correct them son as they can because, as with age skin’s elasticity, weaken and men get the sagging skin plus the excess breast tissue, which leads to very noticeable breasts. Gynecomastia is a very simple operation. Previously carried out by cutting the fat tissues, this operation is now easily performed by using Liposculpture method. Doctor B’s method is performed by dissolving the fat tissue with a special device and removing it through a small opening, without any incision. After this scarless and quick operation, patients can immediately return to their daily routine.

Who is a good candidate for Gynecomastia?

Anyone suffering from excess growth in the breast tissue or suffering from asymmetrical breast enlargement can have Gynecomastia. For patients who have not yet completed puberty, may have the risk of developing the same problems again, there is no harm in getting the operation whenever they want but generally, we suggest you to wait until you’re 18 years old. The hormonal fluctuations that occur with puberty become regular by itself within a few years and the growth of the breast may stop.

Examination and Consultation

Consultation begins with a pre-interview with Doctor B. Doctor B plans the operation in collaboration with the patient. Doctor B questions your expectations and decides whether it is possible to obtain the desired results. During the examination, size and texture of the tissue developing in the breast are examined carefully, methods are discussed and planned. Doctor B will answer patients questions and will discuss side effects and any potential complications directly with the patient at the initial consultation. After your consultation, your photographs will be taken for medical archive.

Application of Gynecomastia

The operation begins after applying the preferred anesthesia type.  Thanks to modern technology, Doctor B performs a much more comfortable operation through micro openings instead of cutting the fat tissue in the area as it was performed in the former operations. With former applications, recovery period was long and it prevented patients to return their social lives and most important issue was that the structure, veins and cells of the breast tissues were sometimes damaged. Doctor B’s incisionless gynecomastia operation is performed by removing the fat tissue through micro entries under local anesthesia. Operation is performed practically without damaging the existing structure and interior features of the breasts. This technique dissolves the fat tissue and removes it through micro openings and it does not in any way harm nerves or veins in the area. Therefore complications like swelling and bruising observed in classic gynecomastia surgeries are no longer experienced and patients can immediately return to their routine lives.

Gynecomastia is an extremely simple operation that allows immediate recovery. This technique performed by Doctor B. The recovery time of the first incision is observed within 1 week. Swelling disappear within one week after surgery. Patients can return to their daily routine immediately  after surgery.
